The essence of Sharis, expressed by traditional varieties such as Ribolla Gialla and Sauvignon, and international cultivars like Chardonnay, represents the beauty of Friuli Venezia Giulia in all its diversity.
Vertical, nicely vibrant, floral and fruity. Aromas of spring flowers with hints of jasmine, lily of the valley, vanilla and orange blossom, interact with hints of pear and pineapple, making way for kumquat, lime and bergamot, closing on a delicate balsamic note.

WEINBEREITUNG After gentle destemming the fruit was left to macerate for a short period, then softly crushed, and the must obtained was clarified by decantation. Temperature-controlled fermentation followed in stainless steel vats. At the end of fermentation, the wine was kept on the lees for a few months to increase its complexity, creamy texture and suitability for ageing. Once bottled, it matured in temperature-controlled rooms.
